WHEN WILL THE PRODUCT ARRIVE?
Your package will be prepared and shipped within 2 working days from the date of purchase then delivery will be 2-3 days from the date of shipment throughout Italy. Delivery in Sicily, Calabria, Sardinia, cap inconvenienced delivery will be within 3-5 days from the date of shipment.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED?
We accept payments by PAYPAL , credit, debit, postpay and prepaid cards that run on VISA and MASTERCARD circuits.
It is possible to choose the payment method “Pay on delivery” (cash on delivery +2€) with an extra charge of 2,00€.
The latter payment method is accepted only for shipments within Italy excluding the smaller islands.
HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING CHARGE?
We ship throughout Europe.
Shipping charges are free for amounts over €30.00 for shipments to Italy only.
Below this amount, shipping costs are €6.00 for Italy.
To find out how much the charges are in another European country during checkout simply enter the destination country to view how much the shipping is.
For shipments outside the European community, you must send an e-mail to aikopaofficial@gmail.com and request a custom quote specifying the exact address where you would like to receive the goods.
Where is my refund?
The purchase will be refunded within 14 business days from the day the request or order cancellation is processed.
Can I change the product to something completely different?
Unfortunately, product exchange is not possible.
However, within 14 days, you can return any item you are not satisfied with and you will be refunded for the returned items.
HOW TO ENTER PROMO CODES?
Promo codes are entered into the shopping cart before entering the shipping information in the box reserved for discount codes and then the “APPLY” button must be pressed.
