How do I become a loyalty club member?
As long as you register on the homepage first, or if you are an existing registered customer, you will automatically get a free membership.

What are points?
It’s simple! For every €1 spent on AIKOPA.com (excluding shipping costs) you will earn 1 point depending on your membership status. In order to collect points, you must be a registered customer and logged into your account when placing an order. Your points will then be automatically calculated based on your order value and membership status and added to your points balance in your Club Member account. There are a bunch of other ways to earn. Find out how.
How do I earn AIKOPA Points?
You earn AIKOPA points every time you make a purchase. These points can be redeemed as a discount on your next order or stored over time so that you can pay for your entire order with AIKOPA points.
Where can I see my AIKOPA Points balance?
You can find your points balance in the “My Loyalty Club” section of the member’s area.
How long are AIKOPA Points valid for?
Other points are valid for 1 year (365 days). Points earned but not used within this time period will be deleted from your account. There is a separate 365 day countdown for each order.
On which products can I redeem my AIKOPA points?
Every product is eligible for AIKOPA Points. They can also be saved over time so that you can pay for your entire order with AIKOPA Points.
I have two AIKOPA accounts but I only want one?
No problem, please click here to contact us.
- Provide two e-mail addresses for both accounts.
- Please let us know which account you would like to use as your primary account.
We can transfer points from one account to another, but we cannot transfer an entire order to another account.

How do I refer a friend?
It’s very simple! Register / Login, open the Members Club app (badge on the right), go to the “Refer a friend” section and copy the link to send to your friend. The first time they make a purchase of €50 or more, they will receive a 50% discount. Once they make a purchase, you will earn 50 points! The more friends you refer, the more AIKOPA points you earn.
